The Protectatag ribbon is made of premium, heavyweight polyester twill, with clear instruction details printed on, stating that the item will not be accepted for returns if the ribbon is removed or tampered with.
The ribbon is threaded through the garment and fixed using a non-removable plastic LockButton, metal clips are available for custom-made orders only and the minimum order is 60.000 metres. It does not hinder the trying out of the clothes, but it cannot be hidden and therefore prevents the items being worn out, effectively reducing return rates.
The length suitable for tops is 125cm, and this is sold in a bundle of 50 pieces.
